*Arrive to the gym 20 minutes early to stretch and fill out your goal card for each game. All goals should be related in some way to Jay Bilas's article on toughness. Anticipate traffic issues and leave early.
**Bring your own water. We need three or four guys to bring balls as well.
***Gear is gray shorts from the summer with blue practice tops.
****Practice will continue to be held on Wednesdays from 7-9 PM and Saturdays from 8-10 AM.
